A.Leftovers are yours to keep!  You may allow your guests to take a to-go box or we can package your leftovers in aluminum pans for you. (You must have the facilities to handle them safely, like refrigerators or ice chests) Store leftovers at 41 degrees or lower and Always reheat leftovers to 165 degrees or higher and keep salads at or below 41 degrees.
