"Double Barrel BBQ is the real deal--great food, exceptional service, and wonderful people. I contacted Jim to cater a party my squadron was throwing, and despite having very little time to prepare, he was able to work us in and come up with a budget and a menu that met our needs perfectly. When he showed up a day earlier than I thought he was going to (my error) he worked out a very reasonable deal to provide us with fresh meat for the following day, and did not charge us for his labor, which was beyond impressive. I will definitely be keeping Double Barrel in mind the next time I need an event catered."
