No. Prices are per person and include all disposables plates, plastic ware and napkins. There are no additional charges for travel or staffing unless otherwise indicated. WE DO NOT INCLUDE AUTOMATIC GRATUITIES (but they are cheerfully accepted).

How do we book your services for our event?2017-12-22T14:17:13-08:00

Your deposit secures the date on our catering calendar, executes the contract and is nonrefundable. After receipt of the deposit the guest count on your contract cannot be lowered. You may raise your guest count up to 3 days prior to the event with an agreement by email or phone. IF your party exceeds the number of guests on the contract and IF we have extra food with us we will give you the option of extending the contract on site at an additional charge.

How much time will you need to set up before our event?2017-12-22T14:16:42-08:00

Our crew will arrive approximately ½-1½ hrs before serving time (depending on meal complexity). All of our menu items are fully prepared at our commissary kitchen and are safely transported in thermal hot boxes or ice chests. Some BBQ’ing can be done on-site at an additional cost if requested at the time of booking.

How much space do you need?2017-12-22T14:15:56-08:00

Serving buffets range from 6 to 14 feet and are 2 sided (depending on guest count). We also use a 6 foot prep table. For large groups (over 200) two buffets may be used. For smaller groups (under 50) a disposable drop off buffet may be used.

We do! We have a restaurant and a food truck in addition to our catering operation. The restaurant is located at 108 W Moore Street in Sedro Woolley, next door to Les Schwab. Operating hours for the food truck are Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Come see us!

It’s your party and we want to help make it special. If you are serving other food at your event, such as partial pot luck or other catered items, we require that service of those items be on a separate table. Please remember to bring extra disposables or request them from us at an additional charge.

What happens to the extra food if we over order?2017-12-22T14:11:01-08:00

Leftovers are yours to keep! You may allow your guests to take a to-go box or we can package your leftovers in aluminum pans for you. (You must have the facilities to handle them safely, like refrigerators or ice chests) Store leftovers at 41 degrees or lower and Always reheat leftovers to 165 degrees or higher and keep salads at or below 41 degrees.

Serving start time is indicated on the contract and will continue until all of your guests have had a chance to eat and get seconds (approx. 1-1½hr). If your party starts late, and we do not have a schedule conflict, we can stay at a charge of $50 per staff member per hour.
